Since 1995, SecuMind has been at the forefront of the Card Printing Technology— both in Europe as well as in North America.
Innovative dye-sublimation technology developed for the printing on paper was successfully engineered, developed and tested on plastic cards, first on PVC then on ABS and Composite materials.
SecuMind Card Printers was originally developed in Europe and marketed by Sandia Imaging Systems, a division of Lasertechnics Inc. of Albuquerque, New Mexico (Hence the Sandia name).

240 SECUMIND 5R dye sublimation card printers, software and consumables for the production of the New South Wales, Australia driving license program. Initial value of order was in excess $ 5,500,000 USD plus supply of consumables and parts over the life of the program.
GENERAL DYNAMICS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INC
For the US Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS), then for the Department of Homeland Security
Responsible for the supply of five SECUMIND 7R systems to be used in the personalization and supply of the Unites States non-citizens permanent residence permit (PRC-Green Card). Each system included two each 7 multi head (printing stations), software and consumables. This equipment and required consumables was supported by Sandia International until 2010. Project value in excess of $ 10,000,000 USD.
